Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply select the email box you wish to redirect e-mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
